Franco Cervi / Base
Base is a typeface designed by Franco Cervi that sums up his original creative vision: a minimalist approach, formal rigor and an aptitude for experimentation.
This specimen, besides showing the complete set of the designed characters—including glyphs—also illustrates their graphic personality in an elegant way, the refined constructive anatomy, the geometric ratios that generate the kerning. The appendix contains four brilliant meta-graphic applications.
