PRODUCT FEATURES

The Gift Code is a digital gift certificate valid for purchase of items at the site 279editions.com.

The Gift Code:
– its indicated value in euros can be applied to purchases;
– it is sent to its recipient by email, with a message including information on redemption and the name of the sender of the gift;
– it can be used for multiple purchases;
– it expires at the end of a one-year period calculated from date of purchase;
– it can be combined with current promotions on the website at the moment of use, but it cannot be combined with other coupons or Gift Codes.

To redeem the certificate at checkout, simply insert the alphanumeric code in the “discount code” box: the value of the Gift Code will automatically be applied to the overall price of the articles to be purchased, but not to the shipping costs.

Important: in the box “special instructions for seller” (found in the shopping cart), remember to insert first name, last name and email address of the recipient of the Gift Code, and then fill out the form with your payment information. You can also use the “special instructions for seller” box to write a personal message to accompany the Gift Code.

How long will it take for my Gift Code to be delivered?
One working day, or by the end of the working day after the date of purchase.

How will I know it has been delivered?
You will be immediately informed via email when the Gift Code has been sent.

Who can use the Gift Code?
The Gift Code is assigned to the name and email address of the recipient, as indicated in the “special instructions for seller” box (in the shopping cart).

Can the Gift Code be used to purchase any item available at the website?
Yes. Recipients can freely choose their gifts from the 279 Editions catalogue, which contains hundreds of items.

Is there an expiration date?
Yes. The Gift Code expires one year after date of purchase.

Can the Gift Code be utilized for multiple purchases?
Yes. The Gift Code provides credit that remains available for a later purchase, if not fully consumed. The credit must be utilized prior to the expiration date.

Can I use the Gift Code for myself?
Yes.

Is it possible to use more than one Gift Code for a single purchase?
No. Only one Gift Code can be used per purchase. If the total cost of the purchase is greater than the available credit, it is possible to cover the difference with one of the available payment systems, namely credit card, PayPal or Amazon Payments.

Can the Gift Code also be used to cover payment of shipping costs?
No. The Gift Code is applied only to the total price of the articles purchased, and does not include shipping costs.

Can the Gift Code be reimbursed?
No. The Gift Code cannot be reimbursed, entirely or partially.

What happens if the Gift Code gets lost?
Just send us an email from the address of the recipient (as originally indicated in the “special instructions for seller” box at time of purchase) and we will resend the Gift Code, complete with information on its remaining credit and expiration date.
